Counselling - can help you make sense of difficult experiences, feelings and behaviours. The counsellor will support you through your problems, focusing on what is troubling you. 

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – is an educational approach based on scientific principles which help the client to understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The focus of the therapy is to enable clients to develop solutions to problems based on techniques learned in therapy, which are more effective than their own coping strategies.

The effectiveness of CBT can be greatly enhanced with the use of NLP and Hypnosis.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) – NLP can be used with great effect in a therapeutic & coaching context. It is therapeutic model that favours present and future orientated behavioural changes. NLP explores the relationships between how we think (neuro), how we communicate (linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour and emotion (programmes).

NLP stands for Neuro- Linguistic Programming and is known as the study of excellence, which describes how our thinking produces our behaviour, and allows us to model excellence and reproduce that behaviour.

Hypnotherapy – is the use of hypnosis for solving emotional and behaviour problems such as overeating, smoking, a loss of confidence and many more.

These problems are due to unconscious habits and emotional reactions which are extremely difficult to control or prevent. Hypnosis is a safe, effective way of reprogramming your unconscious, emotional brain to respond in a more useful way.

Hypnosis works by guiding you into trance - a naturally occurring state in which the unconscious mind becomes very receptive to positive suggestion. Suggestions are then used to change your habitual patterns of thought and feeling and so resolve your problems.

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) - Many therapies rely on the ability of the client to articulate their feelings when it is often the case that those feelings are difficult to describe and/or label. Integral Eye Movement Therapy uses the conscious identification of those existing feelings to promote and create change.

Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a revolutionary new approach to dealing with the way people respond emotionally to different situations. It originated in the field of clinical psychotherapy where significant results are being seen, but it is also proving extremely effective in the context of leadership.

IEMT brings about powerful shifts in emotions and identity without needing to talk about it in any detail. This works fantastically well with teenagers who can find it particularly hard to express how they are feeling.

Eye movement therapies can be particularly effective in helping with flashbacks and other intrusive imagery phenomena as the use of the technique often results in the imagery losing its emotional intensity and therefore becoming less disturbing.
